The days off. Holidays off plus 3 floating holidays. I like that we also accrue PTO and sick time.

I enjoy my job. I like the investigative and problem-solving nature of my position. There is so much to learn. I enjoy learning and applying knowledge is other situations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They stress the importance of taking breaks and leaving at 5pm. The work life balance is important to me after the stress, hustle, and excessive work demanded by my last company. The wellness Wednesdays and different cultural zoom presentation show the company cares about its employees
