I think that they are on track of really wanting to bring the teams together. In my year, I have seen more of getting departments together, I have seen more of them working on areas for within teams to talk Straight Talk. I am loving what is coming from them.
I would like to see the change that with employees who are not just out for themselves. I would like to see a change with employees who have been there longer to not treat the newbies like we are threatening them, to know we are there to help and make the team better.
