Highly competitive. As a designated broker with Invitation Homes, I honestly cannot imagine working for another company.

The leadership team in my market is outstanding. They set the standard for professionalism and working hard, but having fun along the way.

There isn't a single person I cannot go to for help with a question or a situation that I may have never experienced before.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The local leadership team. The executive suite is great, but understandably, our interaction is limited. I can professionally and personally count on every member of my local leadership team if I need support.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love interacting with customers and helping them feel like our asset is truly their home - we just serve as the conduit to help get them there and as their support along the way.
