What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Honestly, Transparency, customer focus, valuing employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Wisdom, insight, experience and collaboration.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It is generally a discussion about the role and how a person fits into that.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

High Turnover, Poor product development, Terrible billing, and very poor customer relationships. The attitude is employees can be replaced and customers owe us and need us more than we owe and need them. Vendors and contractors are treated with complete disdain and contempt.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fully developing a plan, communicating a fully developed plan and then executing the plan. They constantly roll out a plan that is less than 30% developed, one bad idea after another. This is across the entire range of departments and products. From compensation to end products.
