We have a wide variety of people from 30+ years experience to electricians.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything is good but vacation time is lost if you don't use it and I hate this. Roll it over or pay for the unused days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is good but the lack of support from the office and the everyday emails about find work or you will stay home with no pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop worrying about numbers and start valuing the customer. Stop hassling the field guys about finding work and get someone in the office to find work.
