What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lack of focus on employees. Company is not steering with a clear vision beside $$$. There are silos across and within regional/functional/product business units.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is not about me; the typical sentiment is for employees to do as being told. The directive is there and everyone should follow. Immediate supervisors do not lead by examples for innovation. General direction is towards cost cutting rather than growth within the Products business.
