Grossly underpaid in the creative department. Lots of nepotism and favoritism. Promotions are for those that worked with director in past companies. Stay away from this company.

I prefer remote work and nit having to drive

Better communication. Be more clear at what you are requesting.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promote those that work hard and not ones that just like. People have been there over 10 years and never a promotion.
