My general Manager Sarah Anderson constantly targets me but is so nice to everyone else she never gives me the days i've requested off even though I will be the only one requested off or I requested off two or three weeks in advance, she is rude, disrespectful, a dictator, and is only nice to boys.

Most people are rude and impatient and orders do not get out quickly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are not trained, cant do their job effiencently and we do not have meetings
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Getting to leave after my shift and some coworkers who have been there since before i came on
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont get compensation, stock, or any benfits actually, By myself I have to stock the drink machine, clean all windows, computers, doors, counters, mop, sweep, clean the bathroom, stock front napkins, spice packets, cookies all while answering the phone, window, and lobby customers.
