Specialized compensation items not available elsewhere: quarterly mental health days, sabbaticals, managerial support to take PTO, financial support and extra time off for for ERG leads

I work with people who work hard, have a sense of humour about the hard parts, help each other out, share knowledge and care about one another's well being and success
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Address what matters to employees and identify how that can be used to empower employees to meet company goals. Goals from the top without attention to how that impacts the resources necessary to accomplish them lack a realistic path to achieving those goals
