It has been a great journey with many ups and downs as a company, but I'm mostly grateful for meeting and working with amazing individuals, and the opportunities that I have had to develop my self professionally and comparing to companies I've worked in the past this is the best experience.

My team, learning new things every day and the fact that every day we make improvements in order to make our employees's life easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do recognise that there is some effort in place from their side but still waiting to see where they will take us, because we've been hoping for the best for the last 2 years and it is only going worse.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great Compensation to be a little bit better so I can better deal with the inflation times we are currently living. When everything else is increasing and the salary is staying the same, it is hard to manage every day costs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really unique and one of the biggest factors why I want to stay with Medallia is my team. We work so well together and we are so effective and so productive that I wouldn't like to imagine my work life without them. My team gives me confidence that we can accomplish anything together.
