Progress paid in stress and overwork. Expect to feel under trained and under supported (everyone will tell you this is expected for the first 6-8 months). But if you can make it through they pay well. You can measure success by how many days off you take a in a year.

Continue the shift away from the focus on YoY growth and customer satisfaction as the only metrics that matter for the PS team. It results in the burden of management mistakes being put on the project analysts/teams to cover for badly scoped projects and any of the numerous product bugs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stress levels and management that is only focused/incentivized to look/work upwards. The goal of anyone PM - Director is to give as much of their work to the people below them to free them up to work upwards towards a promotion. This results in under-supported teams until a crisis happens.
