First, we are best friends, we are working together and all we always start the day with some joke, and always we help one to the other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm sorry but on the Covid-19 period its difficult for me to find a positive about the culture. but I love my team and everyone is one of my friends.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I do not feel that I know what my promotion horizon is in the company, what the future of the department I am in will be. Plus, I think in order for managers to manage it better they need to have more hands-on code.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First, if I was aware of my promotion horizon in addition to the Corona light in the previous year we did not receive adequate salary increases so I would expect to receive a salary increase that will satisfy me this year and make me satisfied because I am currently not satisfied with the salary.
