Medallia is a pretty good place to be. I would say that it's the best place that I've worked at thus far in my career. The people are great, the pay is good, the work is challenging and helps me to grow. I'm really happy to be here.

My team has a lot of fun and smart people. They work hard, they have a sense of humor and they make my work a great place to be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe that Medallia's compensation is competitive as there are many other companies out there that provide much higher salaries. There also isn't a clear path for career advancement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People have fun and work hard. There is a good work-life balance. I haven't experienced judgmental attitudes, and there's no drama or company politics. People are generally courteous towards each other and it's a good place to be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the team, and they provide good feedback and opportunities for growth. They're invested into us as people, and they continue to look for ways in which they can improve, and in which the team can improve.
