I joined Medallia in Dec 2020 and had a very thorough onboarding and enablement period that was very well aligned with my role. Around the time began in my role a reorg placed me in a slightly different role, which has had its challenges, but I'm happy with where things are going.

While I've only been with Medallia for a couple months, I find a welcoming and supportive face everywhere I turn. It's been wonderful to experience such a genuine sense of friendly and professional belongingness.
What makes you most happy at work?
All the creative problem solving I get to do every day! I see myself as a natural customer advocate and I love being at a company where the customer's is taken seriously and used to drive improvments!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is mission-driven and has the best communication and FOLLOW THROUGH I've ever experience at a company. They truly listen to employee feedback and take action. Our CEO is proactive and transparent about our position on important issues.
