Out of 6 different companies I have worked for, Medallia is genuinely the best place I have worked. Sure there are issues here and there but not nearly what I have seen elsewhere.

Overall working at Medallia is one of if not the best work experience I have had in spite of some persistent but fixable issues.

The combination of salary, bonus and benefits together is very competitive. Equity for more tenured employees is/was great but does not seem to be as common for newer employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most lean in and focus on what needs to get done and do it. While there are some that play the "not my job" card that is not as prolific here.
