I love the people I work with. I think Medallia hires people not just for their skill, but for their personalities. We are very diverse, but I would say we are all so open to helping each other succeed. There is very little sense that people are in it just for themselves.

Working with Sales to help craft account strategy and then executing on it.

That we are tied to a geography and a vertical. It allows us to help each other and fosters collaboration
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How hard working we all are. I do also think compared to our competition in this space, we are the most ethical. I think we work hard to win and everyone is willing to give their time to help others succeed.
