I have loved every minute of being a Medallian. I regularly recommend the company and speak very highly of it to anyone that asks what I do. I feel so lucky to have been hired by this company and it will take a lot for me to ever want to leave!

The encouragement to provide feedback and speak up regardless of position/title.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on challenging and exciting new technical solutions for my clients
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in particular with the healthcare accounts and I absolutely love my team. We have a bunch of caring, thoughtful, and brilliant people that make working at Medallia a pleasure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses were the best part. Until the bonus structure was changed after the acquisition. Now we did not receive a Q2 bonus and I am definitely concerned about the overall impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are regularly engaged with the entire company! We receive very regular communications and everyone on the leadership team is constantly encouraging people throughout the company to reach out to them individually if they ever have any issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being technically challenged and working to help the customer every day. I love the variety and the fact that I am constantly learning and improving and that week to week I am usually working on various things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Constantly building each other up and taking responsibility as a team. We have been encouraged by the client on numerous occassions to "name and shame" whenever quality incidents occur, but our PM has consistently reiterated that we take responsibility for failures and successes as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a good job of being available and transparent. While I disagree with some of the decisions that have been made, I understand them and appreciate the thought that our leaders put into them. This growth period has been a bit uncomfortable, but will eventually pass.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment at Medallia are AMAZING! There are all kinds of ways to learn, grow and discuss all kinds of things through slack channels, town halls, and all kinds of other events. Even being remote since a month after being hired, I feel incredibly connected to the people at Medallia.
