I am for once paid fairly, I have no issues at all, It was above and beyond my expectations!

Everyone across the globe is friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist in some form.

very transparent, we all know our roles in the business and always have a clear indication of what the leadership want from us

We are a hyper growth company, the product itself is something that creates a difference in everyones lives. When smart, hungry individuals want to succeed, they breathe the same positivity around everyone else.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am responsible for the recruitment in EMEA and one of the things that makes me most happiest is seeing all the talent we have been able to attract and seeing the organisation go from strength to strength over the last 2 years.

Clear messaging to the company! the message is great when you can actually hear it directly from the leadership!! Mary Ainsworth supports the recruitment function better than anywhere I have worked, which keeps you motivated to want to do the best you can everyday!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I can be paid more, I totally understand the money I earn already is good, however I put in extra hours weekly, daily and monthly to ensure that the targets for the area I look after are met. I exceeded my targets consistently quarter on quarter.
