It's been challenging, fun, purposeful and exciting. There have been valleys and peaks over the years - however, I can say that we are probably at the highest peak of all in the past 5 years I've been here.

Amazing opportunity to learn over the years as I've seen the company grow from pre-IPO, IPO to post-public. Along with these stages of growth, I've been exposed to working through the different challenges that are unique to each stage. There's never a dull moment - you just have to able to adapt.

I've had the opportunity to experience growth in my responsibilities - both breadth and depth - while adapting to how we've evolved over the last 6+ years - pre-IPO, IPO, Public, and Private-Equity backed. It has been a valuable learning experience and worth it to work alongside amazing teammates.
