So far, I have began my transfer over to the corporate finance side of Medallia. I am able to maintain my Stella duties as well as my new tasks for Medallia. I love the challenges that I am presented with and I hope to progress further within the company and interact with more Medallians.

I love that my team is able to communicate and speak freely amongst one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the healthcare benefits. I believe Leslie and Medallia as a whole, feel passionate about equal healthcare rights/access for all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One thing I like about the leadership team is the stream of feedback. I feel that my voice is heard at Medallia and under my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that there are diversity channels for members of Medalia. I believe the channels/initiatives are more personal and that the people doing it care. Rather than a standard corporate policy.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work remotely with colleagues all around the world. I also love the set up and structure of Medallia, which allows us to work remotely. (especially during a pandemic)
