overall, my time at Medallia as been a positive experience. Like any company there are growing pains, but I can see and contribute to those areas that will continue to help the company grow.

total compensation seems to be fair if not slight better then the market.

Good sense of humor. Always willing to help or carve out time to help when needed.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is transparent. You can see actions that are being done versus just boiler plate communication.
What makes you most happy at work?
the people I work with and hearing the success stories and impact the products have at the government, corporate, non profit levels.
