It's been a rough start to be honest. 6 months in and there are times I feel totally lost. The support is there but not always easy to obtain because everyone is so busy. It's oftentimes stressful having to play the role of SME for a product/feature you don't 100% understand
What makes you most happy at work?
The sense of fulfillment when something goes right and the customer is pleased with the results
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of people who are very enthusiastic about what they do, and about Medallia as a whole
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very smart, experienced people who are willing to pitch in and lend a hand. Or just answer questions which is super valuable
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside form my salary, the medical benefits are fantastic. GREAT coverage at moderate cost. I haven't had a $20 specialist copay in YEARS
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leslie in particular seems like an empathetic leader and one who has genuine concern around current events and their impact on Medallians. I speak specifically about his communications supporting the AAPI community, following the Floyd verdict, the Jan 6th insurrection, etc. His words we welcome
