As I approach my year one anniversary with Medallia I feel confident enough to say I made a great choice. Job searching during a pandemic was not easy but I believe that I was supposed to be where I am today! I'm so grateful that Medallia puts their employees first.

I never feel pressured to be perfect. I'm very comfortable with asking questions and saying that I don't the answer when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have a common goal to win! If someone on our team is struggling , there is no hesitation to join a Zoom call to provide a solution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's an amazing open door policy from the entire team. Prior to joining Medallia, I never had the opportunity to request a meeting from someone in a leadership and share my thoughts. I love that the team is committed to teamwork!
