What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing I like the most about our leadership team is their clear communication about the direction KT as an organization is heading in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work-life balance used to be the best thing about the environment which seems to be lacking right now. The diversity and close support culture is another positive aspect of working at KT
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the employees are not being kept in loop regarding the decisions that affect us in one way or the other. Secondly, the employees are not empowered enough to their job right. There are a lot of restraints.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The reason I feel undervalued is because being an AE I have to take care of the account from birth till churn and the fact that the compensation has been changed since COVID although our industry was not affected by it is troublesome for me. We have been compensated fairly before but not anymore
