KT is great but since this is a sales job I fear that one bad month (revenue wise) will put my position at the company in jeopardy, as time progresses there should be a bigger sense of security being provided to employees, especially who have been with the company for more than a year

Compensation has been significantly reduced due to the new quota. Nothing unfair is being done by KT, its just that the money I'm making is taking a hit
