We work really hard at the front line to generate revenue. Better compensations are not only welcomed but also are a big motivational factor when it comes to working in an organization which is a part of one of the most competitive markets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always there for each other. Any issue comes up, we get that squared away on urgent basis. There is a friendly war that goes on every month and in the most humble way we try to top the charts among the team. Eventually paving our way as the top team in our department.
