I enjoy the company. However, I do not enjoy the push of specific cultural agendas. I think people should just be able to come to work, due their job, and any politics should be left outside the workplace. Let's keep the focus on KeepTruckin, not whats happening outside its doors.

I'd like to see a higher base as an AE.

I think the company culture is to care about one another. Most associates want others to do well.

I enjoy the opportunity to bring our product to the forefront of a customers needs to solve a problem and improve their business outcomes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think it is important they maintain transparency in the communication of the direction of the company. I feel they do, but would like to see more visibility to the direction of the organization.
