Overall I think it's a good company to work in, although the working hours are inhumane, pays good so no complain there, they really need to improve their training process and offer the benefits with actually offering them and not just letting them stay there and only use them on certain conditions.

Using the company's VPN to watch Youtube as I work.

the internet expense that is paid which I don't even need.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to focus on team work and helping out their coworkers when in need, they don't even ask how you doing even though I caught covid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Never putting pressure when anything needs to be done, easy to talk anything about, great at guidance and helping out in difficult times, very understanding as well, and showing care when even most people in life would fail to do so.
