My overall experience has been disappointing since i am not getting enough paid plus i have been made work like with so much stuff that i dont get a time to work on my health so it makes more hectic for me

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive thing about the company is that they care for the sentiments of the employees so i guess that would be considered as positive thing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont feel there is something to discuss on this as the leadership is mingled with the Account Executive which is creating a huge gap of communication among the employee and executive management .Moreover, Increasing the target for revenue and cutting-down the base commission creates frustation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
First the company should paying attention to Account Executive Commission and secondly the targets are extremely high there is no pickups so it does reflect to our performance as well . The management needs to fill the gap between the higher management and Account Executive by having more close talk
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has grown from 1.2 B to 2.2B but our commission has dropped to half .I feel my all hard work is done for nothing and no matter how hard work i do for the company i still feel its too much .I complete my all KPI's never late for the meetings and demos to be filed .
