They are very patient and doing the right things to keep the job done.

They should be Positive and spread positivity. A positive environment is a must, especially during wfh.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are great rules and regulations, environment and equality as compared to the other Companies in PAkistan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The money paid against the work done is less. The medical facility is only if we are hospitalized. We should get the Medical of our parents too as MEdical in Pakistan is very underrated and expensive.
