Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just came to KT. Was a supervisor in DGS and they comp plan KT had before benefited more to the agents. It was a hard decision to come 1 position down but my move was entirely motivated by financials. But things changed as soon as I came .Not happy. But will stay positive as cannot go back now.
