Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CCV 250 needs to be revised. Its not justifiable against 7500 USD sale. Target is never an issue , what matters is what you get after getting that. We as a team believe we can achieve any numbers set by our management but again motivation that drives you towards that comes with benefits.
