I am a fresh graduate and I underestimated my potential a lot in the beginning. However, my manager and team have brought out the best in me and have made my short experience wholesome so far. I have never been excluded from any activity and nobody shies from helping.

Everyone is easy going and cooperative. Nobody makes the other person feel bad for not knowing something and we all support and help each other.
