Have generally loved my time at KT! I've grown along with the company over the last 3 years and it's great to see KT work out all the kinks and blockers in its path to success. There have been many highs and lows but the fact that we're here and growing says a lot about everyone working here!

The leadership gives us transparency which allows us to see how each employee's work is impacting the company's goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Personally, I think my manager goes above and beyond to make me feel included in all work processes and gives me enough space to grow as an individual.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
KT has improved in many ways over the years and I'm proud to be here; however, there is definitely a lack of adequate compensation, especially in overseas offices. Additionally, most senior leadership roles are only in the US which implies there's limited growth opportunity if you aren't in the US.
