I am fairly new to the company, it is just been a little over a month and a half. I am happy at the way things are organised for new fellows. One particular thing that I really want to highlight is the 90 day guide it is extensive yet, you can always find most of the things there.

Coherent. Everyone is available just a message away and are co-operative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a vision which is long defined, things are well planned and also well documented, making it easier to pick up any skill they would like to gather. The culture is good, everyone I interacted with have warmth around their individual personalities.
