overall experience for the company would be that ratings and work that the company does is good, even if you ask a general person they would say that the company treats an employee fairly but since joining the company neither am i being payed fairly nor do they realize we are human as well.

Better communication skills and more professionalism. coworkers need to be aware that the other employee is also working as an equal employee.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Salary of the employees who do important work such as annotation and QA should be worth it as at the moment newly hired are being treated in an unfair manner.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As mentioned earlier the point of being treated as an equal should be made. Data annotators and QA employees are doing some of the most critical work and are not being treated as they are supposed to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive point would be that they atleast take care of you initially when you do get hired but as time passes you would be getting more and more different types of comments which are not suitable at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
currently as compared to the other companies or even other departments the salary being paid to annotators is not even half of what the other departments are being paid which seems unfair as one of the most critical tasks are being done by the annotators and we don't even get paid fairly.
