In the beginning, it was quite good and challenging but with time it kind of spiralled downward, I don't feel motivated or excited to come to work and I can assure you that because I am a workaholic. The environment needs to be a little more supportive.

It should be improved, they are quite good now but it could be better for sure

They need to be more serious towards the work and try to work as a team

Lack of motivation. Not much is being done to improve the morale, we don't get appreciated for our work and compensation i.e bonus etc should be better
