Organized and all focused on the same goals with a plan in place to achieve them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do a great job of rolling out DE&I webinars and trainings that are more interactive events instead of just presentations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the exact thing that I was looking for where I left my previous job. Honestly, besides working for a great manager, being a part of my team is the #2 thing I enjoy most about KT.
