since starting here I have been challenged and stretched and it has made me successful in my role. I do feel like there is a bit of a perform or leave environment on the sales team and sometimes feel like if you are struggling people start to count you out.

feel like there is some inequality in roles, job responsibility vs title and pay don't always line up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they have a clear vision that they share with us regularly, keep us excited and invested in the future of the company
