Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had 2+ years of experience in my field at the time of hiring, 1 year plus of which includes freelance experience which was disregarded by the HR people and I sort of down-negotiated my salary because of that. Now I'm waiting for my increment which i'm not sure how much would it be.
