i just want to say it is just good not a very good experience because not me but everyone in my department will say this thing that we have issue like pay other stuff. As we listen about KT salaries and etc,they are just talks. However I'm learning how to survive and life grind in this best company
What makes you most happy at work?
the interaction with my mates make me happy at work and it give me a strength to do a productive work for our company. we always talked and removes our misunderstandings with meets.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
positive I think there is at least people with good mind set and well manner who do not criticize anyone about clothes etc. I love our company culture and environment because there all are equal that's a good thing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because we are doing main work and main product we will give to customer. i think annotation should be have high salary. we worked continuously with 100% focus and no tolerance in customer SLA, etc. We worked more than any other department then why we have lowest pay in KT. think about this. alassss
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
i think our leads have to work and make plans about break means we have 60 mins break its means whenever we want take our break but when you dead then why leads said wait queue etc. someone take break when he is totally dead when you do not allow a break his or her work will not be productive
What are some of the best things about your team?
i think sometime very supportive to get attentions and sometime not like a family. that's not means it is my bad experience i swear i learning how to grow and each and every aspect of life there but there is some thing need to be focus and ask from employee on monthly basis like about satisfy etc
