I love the transparency and the cross-functional alignment. We're all rowing the same direction, which feels great and helps me feel like a contributor and not just a number.

Working with the team I was fortunate enough to be able to join - my direct reports, my peers and partners, and my manager. In addition - feeling appreciated and feeling like I'm contributing to the success of the business.

I feel everyone plays a part in the success in the company and we all celebrate that. We're always open to hearing others' input, and we can have even more challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and genuine respect. This allows us to meet and exceed our mutual goals.
