Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It was better as KeepTruckin and when changed to Motive, the culture changed for the worse. Managers have no clue for what it takes to do a job and set arbitrary dates that never get met. I used to be a positive person that is now cynical and skeptical of anything management says.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I really appreciate their willingness to help each other so the whole team is successful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We help each other out because our management doesn't. My team walks their talk and management doesn't.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Read my survey answers and act on them instead of sending yet another survey that doesn't get read.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part is the paycheck with which, unlike the Motive gear, I can pay my mortgage and bills.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

MT is definitely a culture and diversity inclusive environment with targeted celebration of the same through communication and participatory events.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire more workers to offload existing workers, not take on yet more work. Work/life balance is overweghted in favor of company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like best that the leadership team participates in the frequent all-hands meetings and communicates things I need to know and that interest me.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am most happy when I can do what needs doing in each situation rather than be told how to do my job by someone who has never done my job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Cash instead of clothing. Cash instead of post-IPO shares when we're dragging feet to go IPO. More workers at the lower levels so I'm not working 15hr days. That would be a good start.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I can't pay bills with Motive clothing - give me $$ instead of clothes. Budgets are cut and we can't hire, yet enough budget for parties - hire more workers at non-exec levels! CEO keeps talking IPO but no action.
