My overall experience at Motive is waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy better than a lot of other companies I have worked at. They give me confidence, tools to do better and appreciate my efforts all the time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the pay should increase with the responsibilities rather than waiting for a year to get raise

My team is very supportive, caring and help me take initiatives. They are always there to have my back whenever I need their support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the way they are invested in not just the growth of the company but in our personal growth as well. They are always coming up with plans to help us improve and respect any ideas we have to share.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued only because of salary gap where my male counterparts are paid more than me and I know it as a fact. I believe I should be given the exact pay even if they are hired after me and a gap is noticed.
