I have been here with Motive for a long time now. Seen all ups and downs but the platform provided to me for growth here has been amazing. Loving it so far. Just compensation across all Levels in PK needs to be revisisted by leadership.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Devaluation of PKR against the dollar by 33% this year. Inflation is at 28% for the current year in PK. Multiple organizations in PK raised salaries or provided inflation increments. Cost per employee in PK is now less in dollar values, even if compared to the increments provided in April this year
