My team understands the purpose of their job and and are experienced individuals and comes with customer centric approach as well as positive attitude
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued because I have a team of great individuals to work with, however, the increment ratio has been really low as compare to growing inflation, as far as benefits are concerned the Provident Fund should have been started from the Date of Joining!
