It has not been as anticipated. I thought I would be empowered more, but I've found I'm often second guessed and my efforts are discounted/wasted. I am unable to ask questions or seek guidance w/o my motives coming into question.

Setting realistic expectations and working harder to get employee buy-in when changes are made
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel my team is being scapegoated as the reason why other teams are not successful in their goals. This has led to unrealistic expectations for my team. The company could do a better job of building collaboration between teams instead of pitting them against each other.
