Motive is best place to work in Pakistan. There is only little issue about salary which is communicated and I believe Mgt will do their as best to address. Overall, I have worked with five companies so far and Motive is best employer of my life so far.

I feel undervalued because my salary does not align with my contributions, market standards, and the responsibilities I handle. A competitive raise or performance-based increase would better reflect my value.
