I love that they're "all-in" and how flat they make the organization feel. They have a high standard for excellence, but they set the bar through example.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is the best, full stop. We help one another, root for each other, and pick each other up whenever needed. This starts with our leader and he's built a phenomenal culture on our team!
What makes you most happy at work?
Fulfillment from seeing the impact we provide to our clients. The promotions, the daily work lives improved, and most importantly, the lives saved that are a material impact to organizations & families in our communities across the country.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sales professionals love/appreciate accelerators and fair quotas, however, the best part is having RSUs and a real opportunity for a revenue event. It drives me daily as I truly feel like a steward of the business who takes my ownership stake very seriously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again it's the people, both internally and externally. I'm grateful to work at an organization where others "own it" and are willing to assist whenever called, and to have a clientele/mission that appreciates what we're building and the purpose our technology provides in the market.
