It has changed a lot during the years, we need to improve our internal systems. We cannot continue this growth without internal systems such as CPQ not working. We are spending majority of our days creating tickets and following up on them which severely impacts our time to prospect, follow up

Direct management understands our roles and the frustrations/limitations that occur with internal processes. Exec team is removed and often focuses their efforts in the wrong areas
